Islamabad: Pakistan and Canada have reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across a wide range of areas during a meeting this week between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Canada’s High Commissioner to Pakistan, Tarik Ali Khan, in Islamabad.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to review the current trajectory of Pakistan-Canada relations and exchange views on ways to further enhance engagement in areas of mutual interest. The discussions reflected the positive momentum in bilateral ties and underscored the importance both countries attach to maintaining close diplomatic contacts and fostering constructive cooperation.
