PPP true voice of people: Natasha Daultana

Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Natasha Daultana this week reaffirmed that the PPP remains the genuine representative of the masses, emphasizing the party’s longstanding commitment to democratic continuity, national development, and public welfare.
She expressed these views during a meeting with prominent farmer leader Sakhi Hussain Shah, who, along with his associates. The meeting, held in Vehari, turned into a show of support for the party’s leadership and its vision for inclusive governance.
Addressing the gathering, Daultana highlighted the historical role of the Pakistan Peoples Party in advocating for the rights of ordinary citizens, particularly marginalized segments of society. She said the PPP has consistently stood by farmers, labourers, and underprivileged communities, ensuring their voices are heard at the highest levels of policymaking.
She paid tribute to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, praising his leadership and diplomatic engagements during his tenure as Foreign Minister. According to Daultana, his efforts have significantly enhanced Pakistan’s international standing, projecting a positive image of the country and strengthening diplomatic ties across the globe.
“The PPP has always prioritized people-centric policies and democratic values. Our leadership believes in empowering citizens and addressing their concerns through practical measures,” the Member of the National Assembly (MNA) remarked. She further stressed that party workers remain the backbone of the PPP, acknowledging their dedication and sacrifices in strengthening the party at the grassroots level.
Reiterating her commitment to public service, Daultana assured that she would actively work to safeguard the rights of farmers, address agricultural challenges, and uplift disadvantaged communities. She emphasized the importance of inclusive development and vowed to raise these issues in the National Assembly.
