Ambassador of Pakistan calls on Nepalese Foreign Secretary Lamsal, bilateral relations discussed
Kathmandu: Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal Abrar H Hashmi this week called on Nepal’s Foreign Affairs Secretary Sewa Lamsal.
Matters related to the Nepal-Pakistan relations were discussed in the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, informed the Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu.
Ambassador Hashmi shared in social media X that they ‘discussed whole gambit of bilateral relations.”
On the occasion, the two discussed on the matters related to the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) as well as bilateral cooperation in the areas of education, trade, tourism and climate change. Also discussed on the occasion was reviving of the existing bilateral mechanism.
Ambassador Hashmi handed over a letter of Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs Secretary Muhammad Syrus Qaji to the newly-appointed Foreign Secretary Lamsal.
