Samana Malaika Raza submits nomination papers for NA-46

Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Samana Malaika Raza this week submitted nomination papers for NA-46 constituency of the National Assembly.

“I have submitted my nomination papers for NA-46 #Islamabad ticket as well as the women reserved seat in Punjab. I am grateful to my party leaders, my family and Bradari (tribe) for their unwavering support. Insha’Allah, with the backing of the youth and women, PPP will emerge as the most successful party and Chairman @BBhuttoZardari will be the Prime Minister of Pakistan Insha’Allah,” she posted on X.

She said the PPP was burying “old ways of politics” and heading into the general elections, set to take place on February 8, 2024, with a “no hate” motto.

She said the PPP had already started the public communication campaign and after the announcement of the election schedule, the party chief reviewed the country’s political situation.

She added that the PPP chief had made it clear that the country’s problem isn’t taking revenge from one’s opponents, but the redressal of the nation’s issues — skyrocketing inflation and unemployment.
