With President Asif Ali Zardari’s leadership, we look forward to a transformative, prosperous, and peaceful era, where the prevailing polarization, political discord, diplomatic challenges, and economic woes will end, paving the way for peace, progress and prosperity.”
Umar Rehman Malik said in 2008, amid growing terrorism and daily attacks, “the PPP bravely assumed power, and Zardari’s astute leadership not only won international support but also attracted the confidence of international investors. Here’s to a progressive Pakistan! Congratulations once again to President Aasif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, all PPP workers and the nation on this promising journey of hope to peace and prosperity in Pakistan.”
The PPP leader said that an era of happiness, reconciliation, and unity is poised to dawn upon Pakistan with Asif Ali Zardari’s election as President.
“His visionary leadership, evident from his previous tenure, not only stabilized the country economically and politically but also garnered trust within the global community, catalyzing newer opportunities and foreign investment, exemplified by initiatives like CPEC. Pakistan direly needed his leadership to navigate through challenges and embark on a path of peace, prosperity, and progress,” Umar Rehman Malik said.
