Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri holds productive brainstorming session with Pakistani community leaders
Islamabad: Pakistani High Commissioner to Australia Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri this week held a very productive brainstorming session with the Pakistani community leaders, academicians, activists and philanthropists.
“Held a very productive brainstorming session with Pakistani-Australian community leaders, academicians, activists and philanthropists. Excellent exchange of ideas on how to facilitate students coming from Pakistan, including provision of temporary accommodation,” he tweeted.
The envoy vowed to resolve all the issues of the Pakistani community in Australia and pledged to continue the consultation process for improvement.
Recently, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar called on Australian Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles and exchanged views on matters of mutual interests. She also discussed visa problems for Pakistani students in Australia.
She requested the Australian deputy premier to solve the visa problems for those Pakistani students who were studying in Australia but came back home during Covid 19 pandemic.
