Ambassador Jakob Linulf hosts delegation from FLSmidth company

Islamabad: Denmark’s Ambassador to Pakistan Jakob Linulf this week hosted a delegation from the FLSmidth company.
“Happy to host delegation from FLSmidth company for launch of their green cement campaign to promote zero emissions factories. Campaign aims to reduce emissions from the cement industry for sustainable productivity,” the envoy tweeted.
He said the demand for sustainable supply chains was increasing. “FLSmidth is world’s third-largest freight forwarder. So happy to know about their expansion in Pakistan in sustainable logistics,” he added.
FLSmidth provides sustainable productivity to the global mining and cement industries. Their operations span the globe.
In 2021, FLSmidth generated revenue of DKK 17.6 billion. MissionZero is their sustainability ambition towards zero emissions in mining and cement by 2030.
